St. Leo's Ravioli & Spaghetti Dinners originated at St. Leo’s Orphanage Asylum (1913–1957) when "Spaghetti Suppers" were planned by the nuns who needed to fundraise to help feed and care for the orphans. Located at 112 North Front Street, next to St. Vincent’s Church, the orphanage was established by Fr. Joseph Reidl, the pastor of St. Leo’s.
Through the decades, the dinners have been hosted in St. Leo's School Hall as sit-down meals, along with game wheels, a few vendors, a wine bar, etc. However, since the pandemic - and for the necessity of an easier-to-plan event, the dinners have since transformed to carryout, enabling the coordinators to host 3-4 dinners annually vs. the previous two.

Nothing brings people together like a good plate of pasta.
